Lisa Scheiterle, seen here holding Grandaughter, Grace (yes.. the kids are grown and gone!), is Owner and Founder of Outsource Processing and has been a Mortgage Loan Processor for nearly 15 years. Lisa is an old-school mortgage processor who has climbed her way through the ranks.
Back in 1996, in true old-school fashion, Lisa started in the business by answering phones at a small, but busy, mortgage brokerage. One fateful day, her boss came to her and said; "My processor just quit. Your new desk is back there." Luckily, for Lisa and all concerned, she was a natural...like a fish in water. She learned bits and pieces from everyone she came in contact with as well as every loan she processed...and still does to this day.
Lisa possesses all the unique skills required to excell as a Mortgage Processor; Attention to detail, work ethic, systematic critical thinking, discipline, ability to multi-task at an olympic level, and especially understanding and empathy for all parties participating in the loan process.
These skill have propelled her through her career. Lisa was actually recruited by IndyMac Bank to build out their entire FHA Mortgage Processing department from scratch. It's interesting to note that, while at IndyMac, Lisa, along with one assistant, carried a pipeline of 100-120 FHA Mortgage files closing 30 to 40 loans per month back when FHA Mortgage Processors worked twice as hard on every loan to get them closed.
